We are incredibly proud to announce that Mayzie Albert has been selected for the 2027 Missouri All-State Children's Choir!
Mayzie auditioned for this prestigious honor and was selected as one of ONLY 10 students from MMEA East Central District #7 to earn a place in the All-State Children's Choir!
To put that into perspective, East Central District #7 encompasses FIVE Missouri counties: Franklin, Jefferson, St. Francois, Ste. Genevieve, and Washington counties. Students must complete an individual vocal audition, which is evaluated by an independent panel of judges.
On January 26, 2027, Mayzie will join other outstanding young musicians from across Missouri for a special performance at the Missouri Music Educators Association Conference at the Lake of the Ozarks.
