Congratulations to Mrs. Winkeler for being selected as the Elementary November Staff of the Month! The staff nominated her for going above and beyond in both curriculum implementation, and for volunteering to give students sensory/movement breaks during the day. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Mrs. Byrd is asking for input from the community about interest in after school care. There would be a COST of $10 per day/per child to utilize this service. Please take the following survey, we appreciate your input! https://forms.gle/S2RQvyDybxHrkwwN8

Just a reminder, there is NO Good News Club today after school, 10/29. Students will go home on their normal method unless the office is notified.

Our art teacher, Mrs. Winkeler, is famous! She recently had a blog post published on an elementary art website. Click the link to learn more about what your child does in the art classroom. https://tinyurl.com/yxlwk89r

Don’t forget: candy bar money is due this Tuesday the 29th. Worried about sending that much cash with your child? Feel free to drop it in the office tomorrow during parent teacher conferences!

We are overwhelmed by the support from our families in the candy bar fundraiser sale! ALL boxes have been spoken for, and after money is returned we will earn around $4,000! THANK YOU!
*Money is due next Tuesday, or drop it off in the office during conferences Monday.

Bus Route Changes:
Wednesday October 23rd we sent home letters with students explaining upcoming bus route changes. The reason for these changes is a shortage of bus drivers, county and statewide. On a daily basis, we are working to figure out how we are going to get students from school to home and from school to after school trips. Condensing a route is not a decision we take lightly and we know this change will be frustrating for many. This is a decision we did not want to make, it is a necessary change. Even with the changes, all full size bus routes will continue to be under an hour. I would like to thank everyone in advance as we make this transition, and I encourage you to call the transportation department if you have any questions about your route. (636) 944-3941 Opt. 2. The new routes will be posted on the school website. We will be sending an all call tonight and a reminder all call the night before the change, November 4th.
Thank You for Your Understanding,
Matt Zoph
